Announcements:

Pictures of homes and gardens will be taken September 4-10 for an online photo display of what the block has to offer. Selected photos will be published in the Fall newsletter. For more details, see below.

Potluck: September 9 at 7:00 P.M. in the lane behind 6152. Please bring a dish.

Cleanup: September 2 at 10:00 A.M. in the stream. Meet in the lane behind 6148.

Meeting: September 5 at 7:00 P.M at Milton’s house (6178).

In order to showcase what different residents are doing with their homes and gardens, we are going to take photos of something nice from every house on Architects Row. House numbers will be avoided to respect residents’ privacy. Photos will be posted online at http://architectsrow.org and selected photos will be published in the Fall newsletter. In order to give residents time to tidy up their yards, photos will be taken from September 4 to 10.

Our current toolbox will need to be replaced at some point. In order to fit more, the possibility of a shed was discussed, but several boxes seems to be a more practical solution. An inventory will be published in the Fall newsletter.

The September 9 party will be a potluck. There will be an Oktoberfest on October 7, 7:00, in the lane behind 6152. Call Alex (410-323-7601) if you want crabs. Because of the expense, you will have to pay for crabs beforehand. We are also considering hiring a band.

The first chain mediation was held as scheduled on July 18. A follow-up mediation was scheduled for August 1 but was canceled, with no plans to reschedule.
